  • Standard check-in: 14:00 | Standard check-out: 10:00.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation, No-Show, and Modification Policy

  • Individual bookings: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival; otherwise, one night’s retention fee applies.

  • Group bookings (2+ rooms): Cancellations made within 25 days of arrival will incur 100% of the total stay.

  • Special offers and non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation, modification, or refund. Always check the rate conditions before booking.

Payment Policy

  • A pre-authorization will be taken on the credit card of the person making the reservation for the total stay amount upon arrival.

  • Payment can be made by credit card, online payment link, bank transfer, or bank draft prior to arrival.

  • Applicable taxes are based on rates at the time of booking.

  • Extensions are subject to availability and current rates; original booking rates may not apply.

  • Refunds after cancellation are processed using the original payment method, within 10–15 business days.

  • Children up to 5 years stay free (cribs subject to availability). Additional charges may apply for children aged 5–12. Children 13+ are charged at adult rates.

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in. Foreign guests must provide a valid passport and visa.

General Hotel Policies

  1. No parties or gatherings are allowed in rooms. The hotel may evict extra occupants without notice.

  2. Bookings are non-transferable.

  3. No-shows will be charged one night’s stay, including applicable taxes.

  4. The hotel reserves the right to evict guests for misconduct, safety concerns, or medical reasons.

  5. Guests must not compromise the safety, security, or hygiene of the property.

  6. No outside food or drinks are allowed in the hotel.

  7. Guests are responsible for maintaining cleanliness in their rooms and following hotel safety and hygiene guidelines.

  8. Damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

  9. The hotel is not responsible for informing guests of allergens, sensitivities, or intolerances.

  10. Valuables should be kept in the room safe or at the front desk; the hotel may charge for storage of high-value items.

  11. The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings on the property or in the parking lot. Valet parking is at guest’s risk.

  12. Lost items are held for 3 months; perishables are disposed of the same day. Retrieval requires valid ID; shipping is at guest’s expense.

Liability & Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for loss, damage, delays, injury, or additional costs caused by events beyond its control, including flight delays, civil unrest, strikes, terrorism, natural disasters, government actions, or equipment failures.

  • Airport transfers and external services are provided as a convenience; the hotel is not responsible for incidents during such services.

Booking Agreement

  1. By booking, guests accept that their stay is subject to the hotel’s standard terms and conditions.

  2. The hotel may cancel a reservation if information provided is falsified or incomplete.

  3. The hotel reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without notice; updated terms will be posted on the website.

  4. Guests agree to indemnify the hotel for any loss, damage, cost, or expense arising from their booking or stay.

  5. Waiver of any right on one occasion does not constitute a waiver on other occasions.
